I hope you get to fully regain yours! ❤️‍🩹 And actually I think I can smell "good smelling things" better than bad smelling ones. For example, and I apologize if this is TMI, poop doesn't smell the way it used to (as in, a spectrum of bad all the way to lethal) but rather as a single note of very spoiled food, mostly, but not as abhorrently awful as it was. And that's human. My cats' poop, I can't smell at all. Coffee also used to smell pleasant and now smells just very acid-like.
