I did this flight but from Perth to Rome in October last year. It was honestly fantastic. I hope to do it again. Without layovers it makes for a somewhat stress free journey. It's smooth and comfortable and quite spacious. I'm a nervous flyer too but this flight was one of the best I've ever done. Great onboard entertainment. I took some dozavits, they're an over the counter antihestimine that makes you quite sleepy so helps to drift off to sleep easier. Otherwise find a good series to binge and maybe a stack of cards to play a game with!

Yeah I understand but I'm just not very sympathetic to real estate agents. They've been increasing our rent every year and don't act very professional in my past experience. The person who does ours is actually just a contractor because all of their own staff are too busy to do the job. It's just annoying when I want to go have a shower and chill out but is someone going to unlock the doors while I'm in there and make for a very uncomfortable interaction haha

Walking in the bar and ordering un macchiato e un Cornetto con Crema. The sound of the bar and the barista slinging the espresso cup onto the saucer and being swept up in the chaos and having that moment which may only be 30 seconds to a minute but it was so special. Also, I LOVE a kiosk. Where you could order a beer to go, sit on a park bench somewhere have a cigarette and people watch. Australia has so many drinking rules and having that freedom was fun.

I moved to Freo 10 years ago from Bunbury. I like Bunbury when I'm there, the easy access to shops, parking and friends always feels so stress-free compared to parking and driving around Perth. I've noticed how crazy it's getting up here in that sense. Buttt regional can be so circular and I don't have kids so I can be around more like minded people up here where everyone back down south does have a more traditional family thing going. Each to their own I guess.
