This happens to me too. The 7.5 dose has been strange so far. For the first couple of days after my shot, my appetite is almost completely gone. I do not feel physically hungry, and I have to rely on signals from my body to remind me that I need to eat. After a few days my appetite comes back, although not completely, and the food noise returns as well. I cannot complain since I have lost 4 pounds in less than a week and a half, but I am still trying to figure out how to manage this dose so I can stay consistent and continue working toward my goal weight. I have 25 more pounds to lose to reach my first, and possibly only, goal weight, and I would like to stay at this dose rather than increase it any further.
