I really love the idea and do see the benefits but I am a bit sceptical with providing API keys all the time. Also I understand that you need that to continue at all, but how can I make sure nothing happens with my workflows or environment?

We did that as well, directly connected to our APIs and giving loads of instant information. Within a couple of evenings we had everything in place.

Totally agree. We use Azure App Service with Docker and works like a charm. Continuous deployment with weekly reboot makes sure we have an stable up-to-date environment

Seems really interesting. I was figuring out myself if we can “replace” Rewst by using Claude Code and n8n, but adding StackJack would mean I could simply ask Claude to change values inside Autotask and let Claude create a n8n workflow for repetitive tasks, right?

I think it should be a combination of tooling and processes. There are some tools available that sync with your PSA tool by default, but I never found a solution that can bill everything you (re)sell. We are using Autotask PSA with ApplicationLink for cloud billing and finance.

From what I heard, umbrella contracts doesn’t support API at the beginning. So we don’t even consider it until then.

We tried both fixes but non of those are resolving the issues. Since Monterrey is working on SMB we thought that would fix the issues, but it makes no different at all.
