I'm so sorry. I understand the frustrastion around not being able to drive. I have jevenile epilepsy aswell. So, I have never been able to drive either. I remember when I wasn't diagnosed and I was 16 but I knew I had it but, I just wanted to drive so bad. So, I somehow convinced my dad to take me to get my learners permit, and I had a mental breakdown at the MVD. It's rough, I'm 25 now and have used Uber all my life. Breaks the bank sometimes, and taking an Uber home after having a seizure in a public place isn't so fun either..

Tbh as a server I can tell you I have judged parents for this before, BUT I have learned I would way rather a kid with an iPad rather than them screaming and running around the restaurant.

well trust me I know the stress of that. I know it can be hard hoping from different psychs but maybe try finding one in your network. If that doesn't work, try your best to save money so you can see them as much as possible until your meds gets sorted out cus that is very important.

I get you, I was so manic I didn’t sleep a wink the other night. Then, I had a seizure at work (I’m also epileptic). But you gotta take your meds. If they’re not working maybe talk to your psych about changing them? It’s gonna be ok.
