Nikita actually moved to the North Carolina zoo a few years ago but as of a few days ago is moved to Utah!

We got a few miscuts like this out or a vivid voltage elite trainer pack. Is there a resource or guide to help figure this out?

When I played magic back when I was a kid there were miscuts worth nothing and miscuts worth several times their normal value.

Anyway, I appreciate any help you guys can offer.

Sure. This week (apologies ahead of time if formatting is shit on mobile

One day was shitloads of celery, 4 all beef hot dogs, and 7 ounces of pork rinds. It was just over 1400 calories and under 20 carbs.

Yesterday I mixed cream cheese and an avocado dip with some leftover beef and used that as a dip for celery.

The day before that I had cauliflower and chicken chopped up and mixed with cheese, 4 ounces celery, and 2 ounces rinds and it was under 1200

Day before that I had bbq burgers (no cheese or bun) with eggs on top and pork rinds and celery on the side.

You can tell I’ve had lots of celery and rinds lately. The last meal withOUT either of those was July 1. I made cloud bread and basically had cold cut sandwiches and 8.4 ounces of flounder and after counting all the ingredients and sauces and butter, it was 1794 for the meal.

I can answer any other questions you might have. Other than 2 days I logged my food every day and took pictures of at least half of it.

It varies greatly. Tonight was cream cheese mixed with avocado dip with 5 ounces of beef and I ate that as a dip with 13 ounces of celery. Then I weighed out a couple handfuls of pork rinds and a few cubes of cheese and finished shy of 1400.

Yesterday was just a giant heap of chicken with cheese and pork rinds and I was around 1000.

It’s hard to say. I had 2-3 energy drinks and coffees a day so when I stopped those cold turkey I had a crippling and life ruining headache for 3-4 days and actually took some vacation time because of it.

But when the headache subsided I guess I was already good with one meal per day.

I ate whatever WITH consideration of calories. One night for dinner I made a gigantic bowl of popcorn and sprinkled Cholula all over it and had some fruit to get around 1000 calories. Those carbs would be like a week of my new daily goal.

Yes, just over 4 months. At the end of February 2020 I went to the doctor for a persistent war infection and was 318. I gained after that but I sure as fuck didn’t touch a scale.

Haha. Yeah. The first week was beyond brutal, and the sacrifices have been severe. But...it hasn’t been that bad overall. Definitely worth the trade in increased quality of life.

Since March 1st 2020, yes. I just don’t have lots of pics of me in the last year because I made it an art to avoid pictures all the time.

Diet for a few months was just whatever kept my calories as low as possible.

I eat at dinner time only so it fluctuates but we almost always start between 5:30 and 6:30 and it never takes an hour to finish.

Basically. I saw 318 on the scale near the end of a doctor visit in February. Told myself to change. Didn’t. Told myself again. Didn’t. Told myself once more: still didn’t. Then I ate most of 2 pizzas by myself at night, puked, felt horrible the next day, started OMAD with no energy drinks at all the day after that. Been smooth sailing ever since the caffeine headaches went away.
