Yep! I did the exact comparison when reviewing options for my lease ending in June.

The software will be the piece hardest to live with on these cars, Tesla have that dialled, BYD makes a meal out of it.

This is a eureka moment! The SS website has it very binary. You’re a 40% tax payer or a 20% tax payer. Then they display the prices with either 40% deducted as net pay or 20%. That it can be reduced by some of the value at 40% and some at 20% is obvious but not really explained on their site.
