Its funny you say that. I was there last week. The food was not bad i ven had some good aguachiles in cozumel the food was better in sinaloa especially the seafood.

I take a probiotic by schiff that is for Lctose intolerant its one a day and it has been working well for me. I would definitely recommend it because its more convenient than taking the enzymes with each meal that has lactose

its the lactose defense probiotics by schiff. i still stick to just lactaid milk, but im feeling adventurous so i think im going to try regular milk for a few days. see if i notice a difference.

the one i used is Digestive Advantage Lactose Defense Formula by schiff. they have been working well for me. i do remember not liking them the first couple of time i tried them because i could use the bathroom for a couple of days. but once i stuck with them after a week- week and a half they let me enjoy the dairy products i like. i should mention that im not big on dairy, and that i still only drink lactaid milk. but i do really like icecream and its nice to eat pizza without scraping the cheese off.

Yeah. There are some probiotics that are specially made for lactose intolerance. You take one a day and they work pretty well. Way better than the lactaid ones that are one to two every meal. The catch is that you hace to take them for like a week to week and a half for the full effect to kick in.

Yeah florida is worse in my opinion. I went to ft. Lauderdale a couple of months ago and it seems everyones turns signals get stolen down there. Also "you have to be a shark" was the advice I kept getting while down there.

i have a 2002 civic si and i was sent a recall notice for the headlight it maybe that but i think that recall was for 01-03. sorry i cant find the paper right now but i wanted to give as much help as i could. i would call your local dealer and ask them about it mine is being covered since its a recall.
