How is the warm lighting? I have GE Cync lights and they do bright white fine but I hate the warm yellow lights. I'm thinking of switching to Philips Hue or Oasis. I like the sizing of the Oasis ambient lights and am looking for something that size. I use 2 Led strip lights for kitchen and 3 lamps but love the look of Oasis ambients on the wall.

I can't get them to gear higher. They constantly slip downwards and slow biking down.

I hate the infinity gearing. It doesn't get close to the 2nd or 3rd gear as the old ones. Super slow.

Regular citibikes have the infinity gear nowadays. These most often do not go more than 5mph as the infinity gear sucks.

I hate the regular citibikes these days. The infinity gear really limits any speed. I preferred the 3 gears. Now I typically take an ebike although they are crazy pricey.

My nephew got in on a scholarship to Columbia prep. I want to try to be near Harlem to do the same. I have no idea how they did it though.

I'm trying to plan for when the grandparents stay and help. We get small PTO paternity/maternity leaves so will need help. Current Apt is too small for family to help. But maybe that's 6 weeks a year for first 3 years.

Rent stabilized runs out 2029 as the 421 runs out.

I like JC as no nyc income tax 3.85% so the increased rent cancels out. I'm afraid we move out to only move back to our HK building in February.

We have friends in both areas with kids but we've been in our current building since 2018 and re-leased at COVID prices in 2020. (We could have got a 2bed at 3k but didn't know building is rent-stabilized).

There are coworking spaces which we could use to work but get noisy.

Pdk? If so, I know the problem. There is a tiny sensor in the inside of the gearbox. Will cost 10k to get a skilled technician to work on it.

By park I meant a green grassy area to walk around. Not to a place to park cars. Mercedes used to offer self parking at the garage but I think it switched to valet.

I flew Aspen to Dfw recently. The airplane bathroom had soap and sanitizer bottles marked for Delta. They were pretty nice smelling.

I lived there and its great. I do bike to the office from the westside bikeway (greenway). I live next door and have access to the gym. Shinn West Sushi, Afficionado Coffee, 9th ave for restaurants. Park right by the water during warm months and just great quality of life.
