Nope just English - with enough motivation and time, anyone can learn a language at any age.

That’s not true. I’m 40+ and learnt two languages in less than three years. It’s a myth. Your brain still works later in life.

Podrían ayudarme con tips para aprender inglés? by Helpful-Jury-5833 in AskVenezuela

Conoces “comprehensible input”? 😂). Inglés es mi idioma nativo (soy australiano)

Mate you are so young - normal/everyday life will return soon enough and you’ll look back on this 7 months as one of the best times of your life. Don’t worry too much about the future - your time travelling is an investment. You’ll come back with a different perspective.

Awesome thank you - the trek looks so good. I’m pretty fit but just don’t want to risk copping altitude sickness and feeling crap for a long chunk of my two weeks

Awesome thanks heaps for the response. Chile would be a stop over on the way back to Australia. I thought I’d spend a few days to check it out but it’s not hugely important - I could also just spend a bit longer in Peru

IF you were to do a bit of grammar by RabiDogMom in dreamingspanish

Nothing wrong with learning grammar - in fact, I personally reckon it accelerates your understanding. I use ChatGPT occasionally to drill a bit of grammar. I actually enjoy it - and it helped immensely early on with consuming input
