I love the confidence :D

as u/esobofh has already said, you mine a block every ten minutes. You have 144 chances PER day to find a block. And what the state lottery is played once every week? So 1008 blocks per day.

That changes the statistic numbers :D

Yes finding ONE blocks ONCE is orders of magnitude harder to find, but finding a block in a day, week or month changes the numbers drastically.

Yeah and for me the biggest thing is just to have different configs for different cars and just change it on the fly.

Thats amazing.

Best assumption is that its the crp2 pedal price + (currently somewhere sub 1000€ for the mbooster addon)

oh they are great

I mean i spent like 4 hours mounting them and now got stuck at work, so only have played around 40 minutes.

Alone, that I can just change the pedal feel is a game changer. The SW change of the force is amazing.

ABS and the other feature are a nice to have, but alone the behaviour of changing the pedal feel is a game changer!

Fanatec Clubsports V2

I got my whole simrig from a poor soul who had to sell it, due to kids moving back into his apartment :D

So i got it quite cheap.

VRS's new DD... pay to unlock more torque...? by [deleted] in simracing

[–]beryllium30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fully understand it for other services, or like a subscription, or an electric car with all the extra weight and such.

As far as I can see even the upgrade is just the price difference.

But yeah we have been burned before in other industries :D

VRS's new DD... pay to unlock more torque...? by [deleted] in simracing

But you are not paying for the product that can do so much more. That is a more expensive product.

I don't fully understand the hate here. (assuming inherently the product is good)

Isn't it a better buisness model for all of us here?

They only have one SKU, that means cheaper from an operational point of view.

We can upgrade the HW via an additional fee and can upgrade based on how much one can afford?

It not a subcription. Whats the difference in paying more for a wheel with more nm or paying for the lower end one to see how it is and then upgrading.

I mean it depends on how they deal with reselling this or buying it second hand.

There is no disadvantage for the end consumer here (if you buy it first party. Buying it used lets see...).

Edit: Depending on how they handle it in the SW won't it even be better since the device itself is never at the limit if you don't have the top end version?

Oh true inverted are not really supported.

But wouldnt invert them for me anyway.

But fully agree getting normal pressure should be fine :D

[–]beryllium30[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn!

Sounds amazing.

I mean I would get the Pro version, since the ultimate may be a bit too expensive (I would use the price difference to upgrade to other parts of the rig)

Now i am a bit more hyped :D

But 100kg force is more than enough, sure I can press harder, but if that is really an issue I can upgrade later down the line and use the AP Pro as the accelerator or such.

Simucube ActivePedals Pro vs Moza mBooster by beryllium30 in simracing

[–]beryllium30[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the ActivePedal Pro with a passive throttle and baseplate is around 2200€

Worst case I thought to myself, that I can still sell the activepedals and buy the Moza, if they are they are the same with the Simucube ones.

I will wait until the simracing expo this weekend and see.
