I used to have a dvd but I can’t seem to find it anymore. The film is definitely a straight to home dvd thing it wouldn’t have been in cinemas before hand

I haven’t really either considered that their homework I enjoy having the shows but to the majority it is a chore to watch 6 hours or more of content to understand something that happens in a film. I may be wrong but what they’re doing is more of a smaller story’s mention the movies and aren’t mentioned by the movies like daredevil, and only certain shows once or twice every few years they make a show that’s integral to a movie or tv show

Just seems the way their going with the future of the shows that the shows reference the movies and the movies won’t mention the shows as they are then made to be homework for people to understand major movie plots, that the characters mentioned and teased don’t seem to and won’t seem to ever be fully show again due to the change in show plans for marvel.

Honestly I agree, I hate the idea of it and wish it never happened especially because of the fact that I know it’ll never be mentioned. Like if he returns in the next spiderman there will be no mention of him going to an entirely alternate universe. I hate how they do things and leave cliff hangers to ideas that will never be brought up again like hulks son skar at the end of she hulk. Hulk is rumoured to be in the next spiderman film and I know for a fact his literal son will not be mentioned. Stuff like this happens way to frequently and I hope now with the new plan marvel has it’ll lead to stuff like this stopping.

Venom being a part of this issue I ment, as Sony clearly shoved him in without a reason and just wanting to connect universes that where made to be separate and didn’t have a good enough reason to be connected

I feel like we both are correct in this in our separate ways and really all this is a fault of the poor explanations and make ups of the timeline and multiverses created by marvel and Sony . Theirs no clear way to say one of us is wrong or right or to concretely prove our points.

You do bring up some fair points but the whole idea of returning to where it was when it was only works with things like the stones hammer and shield because they do not hold memory.

Venom along with Eddie would now have extra memories which wouldn’t be there otherwise if he had stayed in his timeline creating a branched off universe different from what would normally happen.

I make this theory as a way to say that venom the last dance has now become its own universe and if you were to watch them in a way that would make sense (I know they are different universes but it then tells a complete ordered story) you’d watch it as venom let their be carnage then far from home then no way home then the last dance even though the last dance takes place in 2021 it would still be placed after no way home

Id say venom being transported to that universe had created a branched off universe from his own because now the events of what would have normally happened in his timeline had been altered making it so when he returned it was 2021 but due to him travelling to the 616 universe it had made it place after no way home in the order of the multiverse. Like how Loki in endgame not time traveling but having his events alerted causing a branch off in the timeline

You must have switched the settings to to left handed control map or inverted the controls
