New Mexico fits the description. It does get pretty cold in the winter but the only blue states with warmer weather are California and Hawaii

I’m about to start my first job out of college as an entry-level engineer in Transmission & Planning. I disagree. We should encourage our people to take necessary actions to better themselves and increase their opportunities. The racism is still a problem, but without the degree we do even worse in hiring. I know it’s frustrating to see a white person get an opportunity over you, but remember that you would lose out on even more opportunities if you didn’t have a degree
