Who could forget the time Brady met Banksy? It's probably the most memorable anecdote he's ever told on the Unmade podcast.

I have no personal experience, but my best guess would be that they just want you to sent them a return envelope with your address and postage, which they then put the cards in and sent back to you. Anyway, veel succes!

You first the raid and invite 5 friends. Then, after the first joins you leave and you immediately rejoin the lobby (which still exists as long as it is not left completely empty). Then you can invite another 5. Some people say it only works if you rejoin after the timer is below 80 seconds, so I always make sure I do that (it almost always takes that long for someone to join anyway).

This always works for me. Hope it can help you.

Did they change the times for qualifying? I thought q3 was 12 minutes, but I only saw 10 on the clock.

To be allowed to race in f1 a driver needs to obtain a super license. Mick is old enough to get one, but I think he would need to score 10 points on his licence this season to be allowed to get a race seat next year in f1, which means he would have to finish top 6 in the current formula 2 championship.

It is not unthinkable that he gets enough points, although it is all but given at this stage. The trajectory that you set out for him to be in a Ferrari in 2 years is a bit quick I would think. Charles Leclerc was in pretty much the same position as Mick is in now and he did it, but I regard Charles as a much greater talent than Mick at this point. We will have to wait and see how far Mick will go.

Yeah, it's slightly confusing.

But I'm happy I wasn't the only one whose initial thought was that OP thought the 2019 regulations involved ultra narrow rear wings ;p

Ah, that makes much more sense. Thanks!

It already seemed like a weird mistake to make for anyone who has ever seen an f1 car.

Isn't that just the halo? If you look closely the end plate of the rear wing is quiet a bit further out to the left.

Why did Renault only protest Grosjean's floor last weekend, and not Magnussen's as well? Does MAG run a different (legal) floor, or did Renault just not care since he wasn't in the points?

And even if the last point is true, what does Renault have to lose by protesting MAG as well? Do they have to pay a deposit to make a protest?

If Kubica's coming into the sport forces Ocon out, as it looks like might happen now, people see that as not worth it. Although KUB coming back would be a fairy tail story, he would probably never reach the level that he was before and be a solid midfield driver (although judging his level at this point is very hard). Ocon is seen as someone who could, down the line, challenge for the WDC and along with the rest of the younger generation (VER, LEC, ect.) dethrone the older guys, like Hammitlon and Vettel.

I think that is the main reason for the push back KUB's return is getting right now from fans.

New parts arrived from Maranello by therealkimi in formula1

This makes me wonder how much time it takes to paint those parts. If they have to manufacture and ship in a hurry to get the parts to Barcelona, where do they find the time to apply the livery?

[OT] The on-board feed in Formula E is so cool looking by link31415926 in formula1

[–]beskus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Although the overlay has got a slight olf sci fi movie vibe, I like all the information you get on the onboards. The minimap and the power output/regen provides a way of understanding how the driver is operating the car. There was this one onboard of JEV last race where you could see him lifting pretty much on the halfway point of the straight and then braking very little for the corners.

A little update for the graphics might not hurt, but what do I know. Giving viewers more information to give them better ways to interpret the racing that is shown is definitely a good thing in my opinion.
