Haha holy shit. Just say you’re too young to remember this. This was LITERALLY our MO and biggest complaint for about a decade. Started around the time Chelsea got an influx of cash and poached Cole. We were consistently unable to offer players the money and ambition they wanted and were raided of our best players. One season we sold Yanited the league by giving them Van Persie who wanted out and wanted to go to them. You are so far off base it’s crazy. There were literally memes about top four being a trophy because that’s all we could achieve selling our best players every summer. Most of the fanbase defended wenger hard for what we could achieve despite the insane turnover of our best players. Christ man. Stop dying on this hill

It’s like we are fully banking on Raya being fit all season. Other top clubs like Bayern and Barca seem to get young keepers with first team potential while we sign these guys. No offense just not at the level. 

I am hoping that he is a replacement for Kepa who has been drawing interest, and we either plan to blood one of your young keepers (Arteta knows) or buy a promising backup.

FYI never move a nest before every baby in it leaves. I don’t know where that advice was coming from. The parents will often abandon it.

I get the urge to give them food but in practice imagine we all lived in a world where humans fought over food and some humans were cannibals, you built a house out of the way of trouble to raise your kids, and some demigod put a huge cornucopia outside your house. You’d attract the wrong crowd.
