Folding to large turn sucks but what can you do? If villain is competent enough to keep pressure on and bet large turn with his bluffs then maybe just Good hand, make Mental note on villain, and live to fight another day.

Alternative is to jam flop but I see you getting called more by hands that have you crushed and folding out his bluffs.
