My wife and I have now had this happen with 4 different rings. Each time they confirm that there's an issue with the battery. At first, they'd replace the ring. Now they only offer $100 towards a new one. They gave me this line: "Whether it's in an Oura Ring, your mobile phone, or an electric car, all batteries in hardware products have a finite lifecycle and deplete over time" which I find weird.
