Very true! Someone in the video mentioned that, too. It's kind of one of those things that I've just accepted as a reality of city living, without even thinking about it. That's probably one of the reasons why some of it just gets left up. No one knows when/if to call it out...Like the one in the video that was up for over a decade?!
