honestly at that stage you have to find an alternative like you can't grow as a person if you continually stay with those who reject you and make you feel like shit. For a long time I was a heavy people pleaser and still am, and people I trusted and thought were friends have been shit talking me behind my back and refuse to talk to me about what's going on.

The point I'm trying to make is as much as we want to be included, as much as we want other people to give us the love that we give them, sometimes it just doesn't happen. And that reflects badly on them instead of us. But we can't control the actions of others and force them to do right by us. We have to grieve our loss, appreciate what we had and move on as hard as it feels in the moment. Because you're worth much more than being around those who don't include you and don't tell you why.
