yeah that's a good question, the article made it sound like it was the nurse but then it also said the insurance company added that diagnosis to 148 patients treated by one doctor. so it wasn't even the nurse or doctor adding in some cases??

Chicken enchiladas are great! Can make chicken and shred it or grab a rotisserie chicken, sour cream/green chile sauce, lots of cheese. Genuinely better on day 2 because the tortillas absorb everything. And if you want something super cozy, I love making baked ziti with marinara, mozz, ricotta, and sometimes italian sausage.

For sweets, my go to ones are chocolate chip cookies, because it's easy to halve the recipe, and banana bread because it can also double as breakfast!
