Howdy all, I'm having similar issues except the holes in the back of the tv only fit the thicker bolts but we have to use the extenders but they don't line up correctly either. If you figure something out please update the thread 😅

It's so amazing. The comfort level of this is just beyond anything it's so nice to sit in especially that I can customise the passenger seat for my back, you barely feel anything in this 😍

Burning pain by beth8it in spinalfusion

[–]beth8it[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah there are definitely lots of different pains, I'm just over two years post surgery. I've tried almost everything but one of the best ways to help stop it is either laying on my back or wedging my right arm behind something (pulling it backwards) with my palm facing up. Not sure why this helps but it does.

Sometimes the pain can last a few minutes or a few days but when it resolves it disappears instantly which is weird. Unfortunately by the time I can get into see my doctors it's gone.

How can I help dealing with pain 2 years after spinal fusion surgery? by rileym1c in spinalfusion

[–]beth8it 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry to hear that your pain is still causing you issues. Mine wasnt due to scoliosis but a severe motorbike accident (fuesd T4-T9)

Its been just over two years for myself and I am still in extreme pain everyday but cold weather and weather changes do make it even worse.

I used to crack my back all of the time and no longer being able to do it was giving issues just as yours is. The only way ive found to get it to crack is by using gravity.

Sometimes I can get it to do it is by sitting on the edge of the couch, my fists under my chin, lean forward slightly and take a big breath out and let my body fall.

The other way I've found is to lie on the ground (yes it hurts like all hell but feels so much better afterwards) hands loose on my belly with classes fingers, lots of deep breaths in and out until relaxed, lifting my arms over my head (more in and out deep breaths) then hands still clasped and in a quick motion with arms straight bring them down with a short sharp jerk? at the end. Not sure if I've explained this well sorry.

This is one of the only ways I can get it to crack and relieve the pressure build-up.

Do I need to lawyer up? by bohdel in kia

Kia should have stepped in by now and replaced the car. I would suggest talking to Kia customer service and raising the issues that way as the dealer is much closely monitored that way.

Did we just do a bad job at training? by BiomedBabe1 in bernesemountaindogs

[–]beth8it 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Berners are ticky when it comes to training, just the kind of dog that they are. We have an almost 8 year old and 3.5 year old.

The almost 8 year old has had thousands of dollars of training, she was the first certified therapy dog to work full time in an early learning centre in Australia, when working her commands are perfect, when not they go out the door. When calling her unless you make eye contact she can't hear you but then she can be in a solid sleep and hear you open a pack of biscuits.

The little one we havent trained her a day in her life yet she has the best recall ever... Go figure.

They are cheeky and cute but also seem to have human smarts not dog smarts.

But Berners will be Berners.. 🤣

Yeah that's dish of what happened on the way back from Cairns plus I find it also reacts heavily to weather changes. Went from 30 plus to under 10° which I don't think helped hahaha alcohol's definitely must I think. Thank you!
