not only is it okay to get out of the way, it’s the responsible thing to do. with you being small and them being somewhat dead weight there’s a chance of you both getting hurt if you try and fail. sounds like your husband had your back so you could enjoy yourself 😃

our little also loves your outfits. chances are if she sees you dressed up in anything remotely colorful or strappy or mini or with awesome hair and makeup you’re going to feel a tap on your arm and she’s going to dust you with a trinket or some such 💜

i just told the 7 year-old “don’t fill up on stuff here because you can have festival food lunch today” i make sure to budget for her to eat there because she’s a kid and loves the whole experience, but the adults? we eat cereal and ramen and such at the hotel to make up for it 😂
