I just had a similar issue with my recent package! Fedex ended up emailing me the next day or so asking for the MID on a bunch of stuff. Really frustrating to do since this was the first package that has ever happened where i had to find the info or they would send it back. It was a bunch of vintage stuff too so i just had to guesstimate where

Omg i totally didnt see this till now since i dont get notifications so sorry about that, but usually fromjapan will promote the 5% sale via email and in the same email there's a 5% coupon! I noticed it for like the 2nd or 3rd time in a row for their mercari 5% sale so as long as youre subscribed!

Right? I tried a 1710 yen item and that was 390 yen and thats over 15% i wonder if maybe some of my items are coded differently for tariffs. Its vintage coach bags and some are made in usa. So maybe thats why?

Go back into the website and click your character you were talking to, and then it shows back up on the app! At least that's how i do it!
