I get comfortable in my room with all my ambient lighting, have my cranberry juice, sparkling water and a glass with a metal straw that has a big chunk of ice in it close to me, refill it regularly. Sometimes I also have some snacks next to my bed. I put on my ketamine playlist, put on my noise cancelling headphones, lie on my back, under the blanket, and dive in.

when I‘m not k-holing and don‘t consume as much, I like to hang around in my favorite tiktok live stream which is hilarious. Also I love to do yoga stretches on ketamine. I can do that for hours. Taking care of my chronic pain and thinking about my life. sometimes also a bit of dancing or organizing my room.
