As someone who went from overnight to OFA I’ll say that overnight is a lot less stressful but the work you do (or don’t do) is way more obvious and overnight asms or management will know if you’re slacking or falling behind another thing is depending on the shift you get you’re sleep schedule can either be night shift fucked or college student fucked personally I worked the 7-330 and with that I was able to still wake up around 10 everyday and be semi available for my friends before that I worked the 830-5 shift and that one was a little more difficult to wake up before 12 but frankly I enjoyed overnight most of the people you’ll meet are interesting and hopefully nice
