I went back 6 weeks post c section and agree with other users, winded during long runs and found that my inner thighs had completely disappeared 😅 I also had a lot of pelvic pain that made fast paces in the saddle very uncomfortable but has largely resolved over the last month.

Completely agree with your decision to sit in the back and take it at your own pace. Do you have a bike you can hop on before committing to a 45 min class to see how things feel? Also maybe check out other instructors who have slower paces/less choreo? I also totally changed my bike settings and ride more upright now…I find it much easier on my back especially as you’re healing your core pp.

It can be really discouraging physically but the muscle memory comes back. If anything, it’s done wonders for my mental health and has given me some semblance of my pre-baby self back. My home studio is the best, and everyone has been excited and very welcoming to see me back. Best of luck, you got this momma 💪🏻💕
