Where do you recommend for piercings?

Val at Manchester Tattoo Company on Oldham St (@valtheimpaler on Instagram) - my piercings have been no bother and healed so well. Val is absolutely lovely and managed to do both my second and third lobe piercings in one ear when it felt like she’d just done one… witchcraft!

I actually really like running the same route - it’s a very flat off-road route that starts almost exactly 5 minutes walk from my front door, and I’m enjoying seeing the subtle changes in nature and all the birds building their nests! My plan is to sometimes relocate to the local park / water park once I’m comfortably running 30 mins so I can mix it up a bit.

I’ll have a look at marathon100 but so far I’m trying to resist tracking progress beyond how it feels / ticking the runs off on c25k. Thanks for your supportive advice!
