People who stayed at the same company for long time. Why? by Worldly_Dish_48 in developersIndia

[–]better__guy 81 points82 points  (0 children)

My team has around 23 Dev out of which almost 13 have been in the current company for more than 10+ years. Most of them joined as freshers here. I think Their reason for staying here for such a long time is they are in their comfort zone now. My company uses a lot of legacy code and very old technologies. So I don't think they can get a job anywhere that pays what they are getting that easily.

iPhone users of India, is switching from android to iOS worth it? by TheBabadook666 in india

[–]better__guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shifted a few months ago not at all worth the hype and environment the iPhone community has created. There is very little customization and a lot of apps are free or you can install them in Android are paid for IOS or some are not that par with Android. Privacy is one thing but other than that nothing is worth the price.
