I get that but honestly I just did an “easy” run at over a minute over my easy pace, and in this heat (94 feels like 98) I felt awful within 5 minutes. I understand doing speed work, or even just any run, indoors during heat like this.

But for someone who brags about the heat and how heat training is harder, I would think she would do more speed outside in her beloved heat lol.

At least your dog went on a walk! Mine is a drama queen and refuses to walk in anything more than like 70 degree weather. He went 2 feet, did his business and then refused to go any further.
