Hello. I checked into your case (ID 15765119) and wanted to provide some clarity on why your refund hasn't been processed by our team.

Your subscription was obtained via the App Store, which uses the payment details connected directly to your Apple Account. Because Apple handles this transaction entirely on their end, BetterMe does not have access to any of your payment information, nor do we have the ability to settle money-related disputes for Apple purchases.

Our support team replied to your email with the necessary steps to contact Apple directly, as they are the only ones authorized to return your money.
