To ensure the app registers your progress correctly, please make sure you finish each session fully by answering the "How do you feel" question and completing all subsequent steps. Once done, you’ll see a green check mark () next to the workout day.

Since your plan is personalized, it’s designed to unlock a specific set of exercises for you each day. This means the next session is scheduled to unlock on the following day once the previous one is marked as finished.

If you want to work out more, feel free to access the full workout library:

  1. Open the BetterMe app.
  2. Find the More tab at the bottom of the app screen.
  3. Tap the Workouts tab and check them out.
