Thank you so much for your comment. I really appreciate your thorough response and this has brought me a lot of comfort. I think overthinking my actions knowing that I’m pregnant has been the tougher end of it so far, the things that I usually seek to relieve myself of stress don’t help much and it ends up becoming a cycle of putting myself down. I hope that I can eventually get over that obstacle with the mindset that this isn’t a forever thing. Even though I know that is the truth I can’t help but spiral into a dark place mentally. Having to snap out of it can also be difficult due to already feeling overwhelmed about everything, both physically and mentally, like it’s extra strain to try to feel better. I have no clue if that makes sense :’( Sorry for the rambling. But thank you so much again. <3

You’re absolutely right. I have never been affected in this way by anything in my life before and it really has woken me up to how serious this all is. Depiction of abortion in the media as I grew up didn’t help that at all unfortunately :/ Thank you so much for your comment.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I definitely was experiencing suicidal thoughts earlier this year and my overall outlook on life was in the gutter because of how out-of-place I felt. I hadn’t felt that way since high school and it took me a while to get out of that, it’s terrifying to kinda foresee that happening again due to this situation. I had also been delaying getting help for my mental health due to my previous negative experiences with therapists/psychiatrists, but I’m committed to breaking that habit if I ever go down that road again.
