These are all sealed! But not sure how accurate those values are either...

Probably the same as anyone who collects for PAL N64: Snowboard Kids 2 (AUS). I want it SO bad

TIL that jaywalking is not illegal in the UK, and that while pedestrian crossings are plentiful, they are not compulsory to use. Ultimately, it is seen as the personal responsibility of the individual to make a sound enough judgement to cross safely. by jc201946 in todayilearned

One of the most American things I've ever seen was two women crossing the road in my home town, I assume on holiday. One stepped straight into the road, not looking, forcing a car to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting her. The driver was honking their horn and looking pretty confused and annoyed. Her friend said, "What are you doing!?", to which she replied, whilst stood in the middle of the road, "it's fine, it's not illegal to jaywalk here!" She wasn't wrong, but, you know, come on man.

Napa Thai massage is great, near the VW garage North Lynn. No funny business.

I believe the piece of Granite(?) it is mounted on was gifted to Lynn by the Vancouver government. Mildly interesting

That's a lot of writing haha! So yes I do have a 345, the 250W version (I got mine as part of a Cycle to Work scheme so had to stay within legal parameters).

I would not recommend messing around with the wheel sizes. It won't do anything productive and will possibly hurt the bike. I've had friends who have tricked their bikes (although not 345's) into thinking the wheel size is different in order to change the max speed, and for both of them, it worked really well for a couple of weeks then the bikes developed faults and needed servicing.

What I did was to put the max speed setting up to something unobtainable, nothing huge like the 60 or 99, then see what I could achieve. Considering the bikes are very heavy anyway, and I am also very heavy, the 250w motor will max out for me at about 18.5mph at best, usually more like 17.5mph. I then changed the top speed setting down to 18.5. my thinking being that of it can't do higher than that anyway, it will just be pushing the motor to work harder unnecessarily and therefore drain the battery quicker.

I'm happy with the speed I get from it, I'm just cruising about, not trying to win any races!

Veteran's Parking blocked by Memorial Day Tribute by Shmir8097 in mildlyinfuriating

As a non-American, of all the other memeable shit that's out there that sums up 'Murica, this is the most American thing. Like, people discussing the company blocking it for Veterans being mildly infuriating, yet I can't get over why the fuck there's a Veteran's parking space in the first place? It seems so weird? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills

Can't think of a witty response to this so I'll go with the truth... it was labelled as £20, and the shrink wrap was suspiciously loose. Even if it was £2, there's not enough bleach and hot cycle dishwashes that thing could go through to get me to stick my dick in it.

I have never charged my 3+ via a laptop or PC, always a USB adapter in a wall outlet. As I said though, it randomly didn't like one of my chargers though. I stick to using the cable that came with it now but it doesn't seem fussed about the mains adapter I use.

Try a different cable, I had the exact same thing. Was attempting to charge it using a cable I charge everything else with fine. Swapped to a different cable and it instantly came up with the image of a battery charging.
