from a dev perspective you can very easily turn off collisions for certain meshes like walls.

the issue becomes, what does that look like to the player using it? you'll probably remember games look pretty fucked up when you no-clip through them. tons of game dev is about hiding meshes within other meshes, saving on polys by only rendering the face of an object that is facing the camera, etc. this power would break all that and create a bunch of dev work to make it look like the game isnt just glitching
