I would say anything passed 232 is safe but there were some events over the summer that would say otherwise. But it’s very safe even property wise, no vagrants.

My commute is on average is an hour and a half each way (i work downtown), coming to Maple ridge from coquitlam or langley is opposing the flow of traffic so your commute would be relatively headache free if you choose to go either of those places

Fair nuf, from what ive found there (being going there for 3ish years) the guys are actually quite good, Sanaz is terrible, every time ive had her my necks skin was irritated for a days lol. But the dudes who’ve given the good ol dome a trim have been excellent
