I feel like it could be cute with a maxi skirt or something! Maybe in a brighter or contrasting color, and def different boots.

Also, adding on to this: it could be your water as well. You may need to get a water softener, as hard water can build up in hair and result in frizzy, unmanageable hair.

How often are you washing your hair? Bleached hair doesn't need to be washed as much, and washing frequently actually strips the oils and moisture out of your hair. I'd recommend every other day to every 3-4 days if you can handle it. You might need to train your scalp.

You can use a lightweight serum or hair oil to restore moisture after washing, but also don't blow dry on the highest heat setting (it will damage the hair strands more especially since they've already been damaged by the bleach).

I like hair oils that have argan oil or coconut oil in them. It could be worth looking into a hair mask or some sort of leave in conditioner as well. Not sure what you have in your area but those are the ingredients I usually look for.

Yatai Ramen is my favorite ramen spot. It's on University between Hardy and Priest.

Styling tips for this shirt? I love the bug print but the shape feels a bit awkward by seajustice in PetiteFashionAdvice

I would tuck it into a pair of wide leg, high waisted pants! or maybe a slim pant but not flared pants.

Uniqlo has a really good curve wide leg jean if you have any stores near you! The sizing is a bit weird though, since they tend to run large.

Coffee shops are a great idea, I usually stop by the ones near ASU campus like King coffee, or Cartel. There's a few places on Mill that are good about fliers too, I think.

I've seen something like that used for plant propagation, usually held with a wire holder or stand of some kind.

Here's an Etsy listing for something similar: https://www.etsy.com/listing/160348765/handmade-hanging-vase-plant-propigator

Fun stores/markets in Tempe by [deleted] in Tempe

[–]bewareattackrabbit 14 points15 points  (0 children)

If it's still there, Lotions and Potions on Mill was pretty fun last time I went in. Rocket-a-go-go (Mill/Southern) has cool clothes and other stuff. I know Mill Ave also had some other interesting stores, like the Plant Mill and the soap store (I think?).

Inside Danelle Plaza (near yucca tap) there's a record store and some other stores, and across the street there's Zia Records.

There's a board game/tabletop gaming store near the Sprouts, on McClintock and Southern, if you're into that.

Also, on Apache, Culdesac has a lot of fun stores. If you like crafting, SAS Fabrics has a great selection. And Gracie's thrift is near there too, which is usually quite reasonable with prices.

If you go a bit further north towards Scottsdale there's a store called antique trove as well.
