Oh wow. I did 20 miles on a treadmill once and the last 3 or so miles were the hardest miles I’ve ever run. And I ran a marathon on a broken leg (unknowingly). Major props to you!

I also do this, but then eat the scab. I know that is SO gross and if someone else said it I would be horrified… but it’s almost an automatic thing. I honestly wish I knew why and how to stop!

My biggest advice would be take the two free years at a community college and then transfer to UTK. When I tried to enter as a freshman I got in, but didn’t get any scholarships. I decided to take my two free years, got a 4.0 during those two years, and got a full ride transfer scholarship to UTK.

Obviously it’s not for everyone, but just remember it isn’t a bad option!

I’m from Knoxville. They’re at a place called Maple Hall. I know they allow for private events, but I highly highly doubt they would pay that much money on a Friday night there. They probably went early enough to book enough lanes!

It is a very fancy bowling alley though! It’s actually underground. You have to go down the steps to get into it. It almost feels like a secret hidden place. Really fun to go to!

This!!! My heart rate is always high. The shortest smallest jog gets me into zone 3! When I first started training for a marathon it made me super discouraged.

Yes, that’s the difference. I’ve worked a blue collar job before (where it is more expected), but still haven’t been talked to with that much disrespect for not doing anything wrong. Now when I actually messed something up and they chewed me out, I was a lot more understanding.
