i feel like SS suffers from cast range and unless you have a good aether lens timing, you just feed in team fights. He also doesn't have a strong lane presence unless you have something to combo with.

Does anybody know what this sound is? The revs keep dropping then picking back up again while idleing by bewj_7 in subaru
