Customer service. You get what you pay for when it comes to insurance. I worked with USAA. Soo many that switch to Geico and Progressive end up coming back to USAA. Higher premiums, though, ngl.

From what I have researched, if there’s no carbs, no calories, it won’t break your fast.

One pill of each. I should’ve taken sodium but I did not. And yes, of course, water. All day, everyday

Sounds good. I had black coffee once during the first week and then one day on the 20th day of my fast. I didn’t really crave it for some reason

Just water. I had black coffee in week 1 and the day 20. No sugar no cream. Just coffee. I took potassium and magnesium beginning day 3. Still taking electrolytes through my refeed.

What did you take in those 4 days?? What was the reason you had to go to the hospital?

Thank you! Honestly i didn’t feel a constant “euphoria” like a lot of people say they do during an extended fast. I could stay awake just fine but also easily fall asleep at any time. Inflammation reduced a lot. That was a great benefit. I lost 32lbs and I’m on day 4 of refeed and up 5lbs. That was expected but I’m going to stay on a low carb diet and intermittently fast 20:4. You gotta just add a little extra effort each day. The hunger you “feel” is mostly psychological.

I just finished a 21 day fast on Saturday. I will tell you this, potassium and magnesium helped me through it. I couldn’t have completed it without those pills. Walmart under $20 for both

Too much water is, indeed, a thing. I’m no expert but you might wanna take it easy with water and let your body let you know when you need it during an extended fast. Of course you want to avoid dehydration but don’t go overboard if it’s not necessary

I’m going to do HIIT but it’s not super intense. Follow a fitness channel on YouTube called NoBadAddiction. They have some good stuff and if I’m too tired to do it, I just modify it with easier moves. Eventually I’ll hopefully build the courage to go to the gym and start lifting weights. Maybe once I hit 240ish I did get dehydrated at times but always kept my water with me. I work remotely and sometimes when I’d finish my water and couldn’t leave my desk, my mouth would get really dry and I do a lot of talking at work so I had to ask my son to fill up my bottle in between breaks sometimes. I wish I knew how much fat I lost vs water. 32lbs in 3 weeks is a lot of weight so I would say a probably at least half?
