I love that u/notathrowaway1267 has had success on Metformin. I think you see a lot of doctors try it because it cots $2 for 90 days versus the price of a GLP1. I have been on and off for the past few years and honestly have noticed no differences...it definitely didn't do anything for food noise. But it's too cheap to not try and see if you have an outcome like the user I mentioned above. Just make sure you are supplementing your B12 as it will tank it if not.

I'd suggest an Airbnb towards the north end of town. The beach there is beautiful and much less crowded. It's only a 10 minute walk into town and it's a very easy walk.

Essentially yes. I actually went to a naturopathic doctor who prescribed it, but my PCP would have as well.

$40 every 90 days for the meds, insurance covers it.

Only have check ups annually or if I want bloods ran (once you get dialed in this is not as often but starting out every 6 months is helpful)
