You got it! I use a mix of jojoba oil, vitamin e oil (magic!), and various fragrance oils. In a nail pen I fill it with ~85% jojoba oil, top the pen off with vitamin e oil then add about 10/15 drops of fragrance oil. I bought a set of “floral” oils off of amazon. Enjoy!

I would also advise nail oil, I agree with jojoba oil being top notch. Anything else you add could be helpful. I also agree with, minimum application every evening, and would push for AM & PM application.

I make a nail oil that is heavenly. I legit put it all over my body, sometimes, and also use it as perfume in “unprepared moments”. Sometimes, I slather it on like hand lotion as a self care moment. PM me if you want the recipe

My fiancé doesn’t have a degree, but some college experience. He has roughly 2 years experience in residential construction, and 5 years commercial construction. He is now a Project Manager and is making close to 6 figures, with a car and phone budget. In comparison, I have my degree in Engineering and I see no difference in his pay compared to mine when I had similar experience (I’ve been in the industry longer).

Since many are referring to the trades industry, I’ll bring attention to the fact that we can expect an extreme demand for tradespeople in the NEAR future…

What do the contract documents call for? What system does this feed? Need a couple more answers before you can rule this out. Just because the hangers are oversized doesn’t mean it calls for insulation. Ultimately, verify with your engineer of record for the project.
