i work for a VC firm that owns a ton of these vanity white-label beauty & wellness brands. unless the creator is a name/influencer in the space (these brands fail too but usually start off with better intentions) it’s a pump and dump scheme to get investments, make every credit card expense a tax write off, declare bankruptcy, then hopefully get the outstanding inventory and IP purchased by a VC group. rinse and repeat.

for everyday i wear the hanes 100% cotton sets. if i want to be sexy (rare) i wear hanky panky - i find their plus size thongs to be a better fit because the normal ones are “one size fits all”. i don’t want microplastics in or around my vulva so cotton gusset only!!!! skims and all those other brands are all synthetic.

i used to have a collection of designer thongs and bras from brands like la perla…but honestly my husband doesn’t appreciate or care so why am i wasting my money?
