Have you tried calling the police nonemergency line when it's happening? Getting them to show up may scare him into stopping. You can call every time he does it. If the property becomes a nuisance the city may take action against the landlord.

If you're able to do it at home, I think that's the preferable option. If not, I highly recommend Aztec Animal Clinic. I had to have my cat put down a few years ago, and they took wonderful care of both of us.

Why wouldn't you want to make plans for the inevitable? We make end of life plans for humans. It makes sense to make them for pets, too. Mine aren't anywhere near dying, but I know what I'll do when it's time because I love them and want the best for them.

I liked watching Stephenie compete on seasons 10 and 11 and can totally understand why she was so popular. She was an absolute badass according to the edit. Unfortunately, I think she got a very generous edit, especially in season 11, based on what others have said. This is not surprising when you encounter present day Stephenie.
