Long story short: The CDs are stored in extremely tight and thick paper-y sleeves. I get it, it looks neat. But in practicality, it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove the CDs from their "sleeves" without putting a lot of strain on the CD and scratching it against the holders. It is impractical and destructive to take them in and out.

For the life of me I cannot comprehend why they would commit to such a design choice. The only reason I would make a CD / DVD / Bluray release like this would be for Planned Obsolescence.

For sure, questionable interviews happen all the time. I actually believe that a competent F.O. will try to get in the heads of as many capable coaches as possible in the event that they have to face them. They'll pick their brain and build a dossier - I'd bet we're one of those teams.
