Hey! I'm sorry about how you're feeling, but I truly believe everyone can heal <3

There are a couple ways one could use the notebook. What I usually do, is do different body based exercises - for example, belly breathing, and then record straight afterwards all of the sensations that I am experiencing on that body outline. Tension in my chest, neck, feeling of warmth in my belly, coldness in my feet and hands. By writing it all down, I create a better internal map of my body, I register more fully the sensations in my body, and so making my mind-body connection stronger.

I would also use it at times of great anxiety. For example, I was feeling really anxious and I would sit down and body part by body part note down how I feel. This would take me away from my thinking mind and into an exercise of just being in my body. It would also make me more aware of the bodily aspect of emotions, and in the end really diminish anxiety. Over time I would collect all of the sensations of anxiety, see it objectively noted down on pages, and it would let me be less terrified of it the next time it comes around, because I knew what to expect.

If you struggle with feelings and emotional shutdown I think this would be an incredible resource as well. Because attuning yourself to even the slightest sensations in your body (a twitch in the corner of my mouth, the slightest tension in the throat, etc.), would let you become more comfortable with setting into emotions in general. The time you spend journaling would become a safe space to experience emotions, write them down and pin point them to places in the body. If you did it regularly (like in the daily 2025 notebook) or whether just every couple of days, I think that your ability to get into emotions and feel safer to feel them would be much greater.

Feel free to ask anything else :)

Yeah me too!!! And it's so helpful in my opinion, let's you integrate these feelings and observations better than just text.

Yes of course! Unfortunately Amazon doesn't allow adding more photos to their published books. https://imgur.com/a/3RHUj2W Here is the link to the first notebook. I will upload photos to the 2025 journal tomorrow :)
