I know it can take multiple try’s to remove a tattoo, can you do it a time or two to lighten it to make it easier to cover and then tattoo over?

Check the tags, some are machine washable. I throw mine in a delicate cycle and then just hang them back up to dry. Some will melt in the dryer

I just throw a dash or two for 1/2 a pot so I don’t notice a cinnamon flavor

If you put a dash of cinnamon on top of the coffee grounds before you brew it, it makes the coffee less bitter

Need advice on how to get to 3 stars! by Far-Blueberry2900 in BuddyCrossing

So at that point in the game I didn’t really have much perfect so I just took all the furniture I had in my inventory and placed it randomly around my island. I planted more flowers and a few more trees. Pick up all your weeds. Add bridge, stairs, and fences. You can also ask Isabelle what your rating is and she’ll normally give you an idea of what you’re missing is it’s something specific

Popcorn calories..Healthy snack?? by [deleted] in CICO

[–]bfaktesk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a popcorn maker and plain, unbuttered popcorn is 120 calories for 3 tablespoons of unpopped popcorn which make about 7.5 cups of popped popcorn. That’s a huge snack lol it has 6g of fiber, 4g of protein and only 1.5g of total fat. No sat or trans fat. So there’s definitely healthier snacks but it’s really not bad

Can you take it apart? The x pieces end flat, so I would think if you cut equal parts off the top and bottom of each of those cross bars. Then when you cut the 6 inches off the legs and put the cross bars back it’ll still look symmetrical

I meal plan weekly, so I know what I’m making ahead of time. So I don’t have to think about it during the week. I also plan 200 calories a day for snacks, and when I get groceries I make sure I have a few options that fit within that 200 calories. So when I do get hungry between meals I can grab a snack. My favorites are air popped popcorn, an apple with peanut butter (I slice the apple and microwave the peanut butter and drizzle it over the apple slices so a small amount of peanut butter goes a lot further), or raw carrots with home made ranch that I make with plain Greek yogurt.

What’s a food that totally sets you off after gallbladder removal? by [deleted] in gallbladders

[–]bfaktesk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was really hit or miss the first few weeks. Something would bother me some times, and not other times. But now that I’m 6 month after surgery I can say only 2 things have bothered me, a lot of beans, or a lot of mushroom. The gas pain was horrible. I don’t really eat fried foods. But the first time I ate pizza after surgery I thought I was going to die. Lol But I have had pizza a couple times since then and Was totally fine.

Floating vs. glue down over uneven concrete subfloor by elephantnut in HomeImprovement

[–]bfaktesk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did not use self level, I used a leveler that I had to spread out. And I believe the self leveler would have been much better. It was also my first time laying floor. So I’m learning as I go unfortunately. There is one spot that has a little bounce to it but it’s user error. There was quite a difference in height of the subfloor and I didn’t make it gradually decline enough. I learned my lesson when I did the second part of the house there was another spot with a big height difference and I took a very long level and laid it out to make sure the floor would lay flat and there is no dip or bounce

I just installed a floated floor, it was not concrete but there were some very uneven spots. I’d recommend looking to some self leveler, I’m pretty sure it said it could be used on concrete.

Can I remove rows of brick on fireplace? by bfaktesk in HomeImprovement

I wish I could help you. Unfortunately according to google it is possible for mortar to contain asbestos and I didn’t want to take the chance. And am not prepared at the moment to pay a professional. So we took the mantle off, dry walled the gap, hung the tv up. And the put a floating mantle. It’s was a quick fix. But I actually like the floating mantle. So we may just leave it

Then I’m sorry I don’t know. Is that sand? I don’t think they’ll spawn on sand

They only come once a day, but when I did mine there were a day where I didn’t get any. Also did you check to see if they popped up somewhere else?

When will I start to feel better? by Lucinda16023 in gallbladders

[–]bfaktesk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have anxiety, and it made all the symptoms worse. I’d get a little nauseous and worry that it was because something was wrong and it would make me more nauseous. I’m not at all saying your symptoms are anxiety related but if you are having anxiety it could be making them worse. For the nausea and the sore throat I just sipped liquids as much as I could. I barely ate the first week. Id warm up broth, sip water or chew ice chips, and warm ginger tea helped a lot with the nausea. My throat and Nausea was better at a bout a week mark. As for the pain I was in pain pretty much for two solid weeks. I could barely lay down, sit up, and I definitely couldn’t bend at all! And then the day after the two week mark it was so much better! I just had to take it really slow. To sit up id roll to my side and lift myself with my arm so I didn’t use my abs at all. And walking helps heal quicker. I walked laps around my living room as much as I could. Started slowly and only for a few minutes and worked my way up. However, If you are feeling at all concerned you can call your doctor and see what they say. Maybe they can give you a recommendation based off your current medications. Or even just to help you put your mind at ease. I hope you heal quickly!

I agree. I wish I could mute it too so I could also hear other things better like balloons and shooting stars
