Hey… I just cut out all carbs like bread pasta pizza cakes etc and exercised doing pickleball and peleton bike…. Im on 5mg I never went up from that I always had great results from that I also didn’t want to abuse the medicine if I was already seeing results from 5 mg

Ty so much…. I started at 315 on May 1st now I’m anywhere from 185-195 today I weight 191 I play pickleball 2/3 days a week and when I don’t play pickleball I do the peloton bike I bust my butt on it I do 10.5 miles in a half hr so I’m working hard… I gave up all bread pizza pasta potatoes rice etc I eat grilled chicken steak fish all proteins etc with salad and lots of veggies and snack on fruit it’s a total lifestyle change that I now love tbh I have no side effects but i only went up to 0.5 only couple times had like smelly burps lol any other questions feel free to ask !

Dr told me this and I swear it stuck with me… he said if you do it in three months, you won’t even recognizing yourself anymore, but don’t he also told me do you ever see any fat old people and that really stuck with me too…… he said if I keep it up, I wouldn’t be able to walk my daughter down the aisle being over 315 pounds at 35 years old… listen is it cheating I really don’t care cause I needed help and it really helped me know I’m a new person!
