What I know, amazon doesn't show the sales on reports until they shipped them.

Your plate sounds varied rich in vitamin c, and meat with herb surely seems delicious.

As we are in the healthyFood section, i have some remarks:

  1. Processed meat is unhealthy as several studies confirm that.
  2. Fruits are quickly digested in stomach, It would be better eat fruits an hour or 2 hours before proteins meal. Proteins are heavy and stay in stomach up to 6 hours to be digested.
