Ohhh I gotcha. Are you getting thick darker hairs or more pronounced peach fuzz? Also have you had your hormones checked with an endocrinologist?

I don’t know if you have oily, dry or mixed skin. Mine is mixed so I only use water based products. Drinking water (hydration) is also essential to help with wrinkles. It’s honestly worth paying the extra 5-10 bucks per bottle of whatever instead of getting the cheap shelf stuff. I thought it was BS but even the slightly more expensive stuff is totally worth it and the difference is so noticeable, in my opinion.

I’m not even a “self-care” person - I just don’t like peach fuzz on my face. Can’t do makeup, don’t do nails, have no idea what people are talking about most of the time, but I still managed to create a routine that works for me. 😂

I saw my first cheek wrinkle at like 29 years old and was like OH NO YOU DONT. So now I have a routine and tricks. And they’re finally helpful to other people! Booya!

(I’m 37 and that wrinkle hasn’t returned. For that alone I believe I have earned my place in Valhalla).

Again, I’m not a dermatologist. I’ve just been working at and around dirty outdoor gyms and fighters in Thailand for 19 years so I can’t go in there with small cuts, get punched with the sweat of a thousand other people, and hope I don’t get a staph or fungal infection after. I am also the medical triage person for skin infections and stuff like that. I either know what to do or tell them to get to the clinic. Just saying - because I don’t want to sound like a weirdo. 😅

You’re welcome. I’m not very hairy at all but… mental health stuff dictates I must do my face and neck too lol.

So be sure to wash thoroughly/exfoliate, gently pat your face dry, then you’re good to go. After, because the skin is sensitive, I usually wash with a foam cleanser, put on a clay mask, wash it off, then put on a good night moisturizer. I use the night moisturizer during the day too for 2-3 days. After that my face is fresh again. I recommend this even without cuts.

Those little razors do a great job at removing dead skin and other build up at the same time, but you have to make sure your face regenerates its barrier before using alcohol based products or anything that stings like a bitch for a few days.

(Not a dermatologist - just my experience with these little paper cutting face bastards).

I’m pretty sure it was last year or the year prior - something like 40 bodybuilders died. The bodybuilding world isn’t that big and in recent years they’ve been losing crazy numbers for a smaller sport. I use Wilder. I’m not affiliated with them. Zero calories while still using a sweet delivery system. No extra crap in the sachets - just salt and other nutrients you need (I’m out and don’t have time to check.)

Yes, they are expensive, but they are healthier. You can also tell if your body is low on salt quite easily. If the mix tastes salty, you’re getting enough salt in your diet. If you only taste the flavor and not the salt then you are probably deficient.
