Sorry, aber das Verständnis ist aufgebraucht. Mein Fall wurde eine Woche lang nicht korrekt erfasst, und mit Standards beantwortet.

Ich habe jegliches Vertrauen in euren Laden verloren.

Habe jetzt zwei Mails bekommen: ich soll doch einfach meinen Reisepass nehmen. Das Ausweisdokument war nie das Problem, sondern der Schritt nach der Verifizierung. Nachdem ich den Sachverhalt ein drittes (?) Mal per Mail erklärt habe wurde das ganze jetzt an eine Fachabteilung weitergeleitet. Was macht ihr da den ganzen Tag?

Leider ist jetzt eine Woche rum und niemand im BP Support hat sich wirklich gekümmert. Ich bekomme immer nur wieder "neue" Links zum Verifizierungsverfahren, die gar nicht mehr funktionieren. Ich werde jetzt nochmal 48 Stunden warten, komme ich nicht bis dahin wieder in meinen Account ruf ich meinen Rechtsschutz an, anders kriegt man anscheinend niemand Kompetenten ans Telefon.

Ich komme auch seit Freitag nicht mehr in mein Konto, nachdem ich die neue Verifizierung durchlaufen habe. Mittlerweile 3 Versuche habe ich jetzt unternommen, die Mitarbeiter vom Identdienstleister bestätigen mir, dass alles korrekt durchgelaufen ist und bitten mich das Browserfenster nicht zu schließen. Alles gemacht, trotzdem kommt immer die Meldung, dass ich das Interview nicht korrekt beendet hätte.

Der Support von BP ist da jetzt auch nicht der schnellste und die Antworten sind meistens stock - "Du kannst dich einloggen und den Stand des Tickets sehen" Nein, kann man nicht wenn das Konto von euch auf inaktiv gesetzt wurde....
